The Sequestration Fiscal Cliff: Potential Impacts to Construction

Unless Congress acts after the election, a process of $109 billion in automatic, across-the-board budget cuts--called sequestration--will occur on January 2, 2013. The potential impact on construction investment accounts could have far reaching consequences for federal contracts, grants and direct payment programs. Attend this complimentary AGC webinar to learn about how your federal construction marketplace would change in a post-sequestration world. During this webinar, AGC Federal & Heavy Construction Division Government Affairs Director Jimmy Christianson, and Smith, Currie & Hancock LLP partners Alan I. Saltman--an expert in government contract and appropriations law--and Steven L.
